<p data-start="213" data-end="584">Move through the year in harmony with nature’s rhythm. <em data-start="268" data-end="290">Seasons of Her</em> is a year-long online yoga journey that guides you through the energies of each season — resting in Winter, awakening in Spring, shining in Summer, and releasing in Autumn. Together we gather each month, on or near the New Moon, to realign body and mind through yoga, breath, and meditation.</p>
<p data-start="586" data-end="909">This course is for every woman — whether you flow with your menstrual cycle or follow the phases of the moon. Each practice invites you to restore balance between movement and stillness, light and dark, and the masculine and feminine within. Live sessions take place on Monday evenings from 6:30–7:45 pm GMT/BST via Zoom.</p>]]></description>

<p data-start="177" data-end="431">A year-long journey of cyclical living through yoga, breath, and meditation. Each month we gather on or around the New Moon to align our inner rhythm with nature’s cycle—resting in Winter, blooming in Spring, shining in Summer, and releasing in Autumn.</p>
<p data-start="433" data-end="761">This course is suitable for all women, at every stage of life—whether you are guided by your inner rhythm of the menstrual cycle or by the steady pulse of the moon above. Through these seasonal practices, we return to balance: embracing the masculine and feminine, the sun and the moon, movement and stillness, light and dark.</p>
<p data-start="763" data-end="1002">Just as Mother Nature shows us the way—through the energy of Spring and Summer’s outward expression and Autumn and Winter’s inward retreat—<em data-start="902" data-end="924">Seasons of Her</em> invites you to move through the year with awareness, grace, and connection.</p>
<p data-start="1004" data-end="1122">Live sessions are held on a <strong data-start="1032" data-end="1071">Monday evening nearest the New Moon</strong>, from <strong data-start="1078" data-end="1102">6:30–7:45 pm GMT/BST</strong>, online via Zoom.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Monday 19th January – Dreaming into Being<br />
At the beginning of the year, we move slowly to connect with our inner desires. The practice includes a guided visualisation to find your intuitive wisdom.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 16th February – Sacred Stillness<br />
As we move towards the end of winter, we explore a deeply restorative practice using props and breathwork to cultivate inner silence and calm.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Spring (March–May): Growth, Possibility, Awakening</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 16th March – Seed of Intention<br />
A heart-opening, gentle flowing practice to plant intentions and awaken dormant energy.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 20th April – Root to Rise<br />
As seasonal energy increases, we ground ourselves through strong standing poses to build confidence from the ground up.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 18th May – Energy Rising<br />
As summer approaches and the world blossoms, we ignite the solar plexus to build inner fire and motivation.</p>

Summer is here—it’s time to get moving. A joyful sequence of sun salutations with breathwork and mantra.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 13th July – Solar Power<br />
The height of summer energy brings strength. A core-focused flow to harness the fiery energy of the season and build resilience.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 10th August – Gratitude Glow (Recorded Practice)<br />
Before the light and heat of summer start to fade, we give thanks through a heart-centered practice with journaling and meditation on abundance.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Autumn (September–November): Release, Reflection, Integration</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 14th September – Harvesting Wisdom<br />
A grounding practice to reflect on lessons learned, dream forward, and celebrate growth.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 12th October – Cycle of Change<br />
As we embrace the darkness, our practice mirrors the changing seasons with fluid transitions, releasing poses, and mindful pauses.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 9th November – Turning Inward<br />
A slow, introspective practice with forward folds and long holds.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>Returning to Winter (December–February): Rest, Renewal, Inner Listening</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">Monday 7th December – Cocoon &amp; Restore<br />
As we move towards another winter, we practice restorative poses with blankets and bolsters to simulate the safety of a cocoon.</p>

<p>Embracing the transformation of Menopause is in your hands. Understanding what is happening to you during midlife, listening to what your body is telling you (your symptoms) and then taking action to support yourself is something that you can learn to do.</p>
<p><strong><em>Are you ready to embrace the transformative journey of your menopause guided by the Moon&#8217;s Cyclical Wisdom? Join me for a year-long exploration created to support you holistically as you transition into this new chapter of life.</em></strong></p>
<p><b>Much like the moon, your midlife journey will have times when you wish to conceal yourself from the world and times when you seek visibility and understanding. </b></p>
<p>You may have many questions about the transition from your childbearing years into the unknown. This course has been created with love to help you navigate the thoughts, emotions and physical symptoms that are experienced at midlife. It blends yoga and self-care practices that takes you on a journey of self-discovery. You&#8217;ll receive practical information that you can use everyday and yoga practices that you might wish to use daily or whatever you need to (all live sessions are recorded and available for you to revisit whenever you need to).</p>
<p><strong>What to Expect:</strong></p>

<li>Each month, aligning with the moon cycle, we will delve into the changes and symptoms experienced during midlife.</li>
<li>At every New Moon, you&#8217;ll receive an email with insights and guidance to deepen your understanding of the month&#8217;s upcoming topic.</li>
<li>Around each month’s Full Moon, we will gather for a Live Online Yoga Practice.</li>
</ul>
<p>These sessions will fall on a Tuesday evening near the Full Moon (dates below). Together, we&#8217;ll explore the month&#8217;s theme, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.</p>

<p><strong>Why is this course a year-long?</strong></p>
<p>Menopause is a journey of many changes that takes several years. Women need to be held during this process. Attending a one-off workshop is beneficial, but it can be easy to forget what you have heard, and it&#8217;s great to have regular reminders. Kelsey has been running in-person “Yoga for Menopause Courses and Midlife Monthly Events&#8221; since 2021 and has seen how a sense of community and regular gatherings are beneficial to those she supports, and now she wishes to make them available online.</p>
<p>Kelsey herself is in the final phase of perimenopause, and she is constantly learning and growing. She knows that expecting change over a short period of time can do more harm than good, and she wishes to create a container to support women on their journey of self-discovery. Kelsey has taken the topics which women more frequently seek support for and has included a couple that you might feel embarrassed to explore without prompting.</p>

<p>Whether you&#8217;re a yoga teacher seeking personal growth or wish to learn something new to support the women that you teach, &#8220;13 Midlife Moons&#8221; invites you to be part of this transformative process. You can use the hours of this course (20 hours minimum) as part of your CPD for <strong>Yoga Alliance Professionals.</strong> Each New Moon, you will receive a workbook that is full of information and guidance, which you can use in your own teachings. Then, each  Full Moon, there will be a sequence that you are welcome to use in your classes. The monthly topics are an excellent way to update your knowledge and bring fresh ideas to your teaching without committing to a in-depth course.</p>
