Online Yoga to honour a woman’s menstrual cycle

This is a 6-week online self-paced yoga course that allows you to understand your menstrual cycle and the phases within it.
Each week you will receive supporting information and a yoga practice to help you discover the hidden power of each phase of your menstrual cycle.

There will also be LIVE sessions to allow you to gain valuable knowledge about how to work with your menstrual cycle rather than against it. Each phase of the cycle has fluctuations of different hormones and understanding the qualities of these hormones with allow you to improve your overall health and wellness if you adapt this knowledge into your everyday lives.

The course includes different styles of yoga to use during different phases and includes movement, stillness, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation

Online Yoga for Menopause

This is a 5 week online yoga course designed to support women who are at some stage of “the menopause”.

It combines weekly online yoga practices to support you with the different menopausal symptoms you may be experiencing, with useful information on the menopause to help you understand why this is occurring.

As a bonus, there is additional signposting to reading materials and other professionals that can support you on your menopause journey.

Week 2 – Yoga for supporting sleep

Week 3 – Yoga for hot flushes

Week 4 – Yoga for calming anxiety, brain fog and overwhelm.

Week 5 – Yoga for lifting low moods, improving bone and heart health 

Each practice combines the following styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative.

Nurture

Online Yoga for Fertility

This is a 5-week self paced online yoga course designed to support women who are thinking about or trying to conceive. It combines weekly online yoga practices with written information. 

Through this course you will develop a deeper understanding of your reproductive health by understanding the power of the female body in more depth. The course guides you through the full menstrual cycle exploring the hormonal, energy and emotional changes that occur throughout.

We explore how stress and lifestyle choices may affect reproductive health whilst providing yoga sequences that support each phase of your menstrual cycle.

Module 1 – Introduction and Menstruation

Week 2 – Follicular phase & self-care

Week 3 – Ovulation and relaxation

Week 4 – Luteal Phase and preparation

Week 5 – Luteal Phase and closing

Each live session will involve a yoga practice which includes breathwork, movement, relaxation, meditation, and self-reflection. When time permits there will also be a short women’s circle.

Each practice combines the following styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative.

If you can’t make the live yoga classes, the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the course content for you to replay in your own timeframe or revisit in the future.
