WEEKLY SESSIONS

Join our LIVE weekly yoga practices from the comfort of your own home – perfect for fitting your yoga around work, your family and other commitments.

Each week there are 5 LIVE sessions to choose from which are recorded and added to the On-demand library for you to catch up with at any time.

Plus there is also a monthly Women’s Circle and Menstruality and Menopause Mentoring sessions.

ON-DEMAND YOGA

Often life gets busy and our own self-care practices get put on the back burner. Our growing library of on-demand yoga and mindfulness practices means you can practice at anytime you want.

Available 24/7, whenever you need them.

Choose from sessions on physical movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation. Sessions range from 5 – 90 minutes and include different styles such as Hatha, Restorative Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra.

COMMUNITY

At the heart of Flow’s Inner Circle is community. We want to bring women together.

Each month there is a Women’s Circle – where we join together online and celebrate and embrace our femininity. Each circle will be based on a theme, drawing from nature’s energy or a woman’s life phase.

This session gives you a place to be held, involving movement, mindfulness and other self-care practices.

The weekly Timetable inside Flow’s Inner Circle

Mindset Mondays

15 min session on a Monday morning to start the week off right. A powerful session to focus and ground the mind and body, using breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. Turn up in your PJ’s and start the week as you mean to go on.

Moon Phase Practice

A weekly practice to use the external energy of the moon cycle to guide us. 

There are fluctuations of energy within and around us and these sessions shows how you can adapt your yoga practices to support these changes. 

Morning yoga sessions

There are 2 morning sessions each week, to help lift energy and mood. These 30 minute sessions are the best way to start your day. 

They offer different levels of intensity to suit all.   

Monthly Women’s Circle

A time to come together online and celebrate and embrace our feminity.

Each monthly session involves movement, mindfulness and other self-care practices.

On Demand Practices

The Inner Circle also features a growing library of yoga practices for you to use anytime you need. You can select by the style of yoga, duration of practice, your cycle day (menstrual or moon) or if you need support with hormonal health.

What is the founding member’s offer?
All great trees start as seeds and FLOW is just the same, we know what we want to offer, but it will take a few months to get there.

So rather than not offer anything at all we have a smaller number of on-demand practices available whilst we grow the library. The founder member’s price reflects this. By getting in now you will lock in your founding member’s rate. So even when it grows you will not pay the increased price it will be.

How experienced do I need to be?
No previous yoga experience is necessary. All practices offer a selection of variations that you can choose to explore for your level of experience and ability. Everybody’s body is different and there is not one approach that suits all, FLOW encourages you to listen to your own body and do what is best for you.
I don’t really know anything about my hormonal health or menstrual cycles, are these practices suitable for me?

Yes, FLOW has been created to support women in every phase of their lives. Each practice has multiple benefits and as we are all unique, you take what you need from each practice. The practices might have a general theme or be more focused on a phase of life or the menstrual cycle.

We weave simple information into the classes, courses, and emails we send out to allow you to understand more about your health in a relaxed manner.

How easy is it to cancel?

You can choose to cancel whenever you like, and you will receive access to the community until your previous payment expires, no further payments will be taken.

How often are there new practices?

Every week new practices will be offered. All LIVE classes will be recorded and saved for you to practice at a time that is convenient for you. If you have a request let us know at hello@flowwomenswellness.com as the practices are to support your needs and we are also happy to research ways of helping women support themselves.

What do you mean by women? Can it be used for people who are trans?

We use the term “women” to describe the female physical biology and sex hormones that we refer to in the FLOW practices. We acknowledge that not everyone that was born into a female physical body with female sex hormones identifies as a woman/female and that not everyone that identifies as a woman/female was born into a female physical body.
FLOW’s practices are suitable for those that experience natural female sex hormones and a menstrual cycle and want to know more about this hormonal fluctuation in the female body.

We are not yet at a stage in our understanding and qualification to support those taking medically prescribe hormones. We will be happy to collaborate in the future with an individual who has the relevant qualifications as our own knowledge and competencies develops, please feel free to email us at hello@flowwomenswellness.com if you would like to discuss this further.
