Seasons of Her – Online Yoga Practices 

Move through the year in harmony with nature’s rhythm. Seasons of Her is a year-long online yoga journey that guides you through the energies of each season — resting in Winter, awakening in Spring, shining in Summer, and releasing in Autumn. Together we gather each month, on or near the New Moon, to realign body and mind through yoga, breath, and meditation.

This course is for every woman — whether you flow with your menstrual cycle or follow the phases of the moon. Each practice invites you to restore balance between movement and stillness, light and dark, and the masculine and feminine within. Live sessions take place on Monday evenings from 6:30–7:45 pm GMT/BST via Zoom.

Seasons of Her 
Online Yoga Practices Aligned with the New Moon

A year-long journey of cyclical living through yoga, breath, and meditation. Each month we gather on or around the New Moon to align our inner rhythm with nature’s cycle—resting in Winter, blooming in Spring, shining in Summer, and releasing in Autumn.

This course is suitable for all women, at every stage of life—whether you are guided by your inner rhythm of the menstrual cycle or by the steady pulse of the moon above. Through these seasonal practices, we return to balance: embracing the masculine and feminine, the sun and the moon, movement and stillness, light and dark.

Just as Mother Nature shows us the way—through the energy of Spring and Summer’s outward expression and Autumn and Winter’s inward retreat—Seasons of Her invites you to move through the year with awareness, grace, and connection.

Live sessions are held on a Monday evening nearest the New Moon, from 6:30–7:45 pm GMT/BST, online via Zoom.


 

Winter (December–February): Rest, Renewal, Inner Listening

Monday 19th January – Dreaming into Being
At the beginning of the year, we move slowly to connect with our inner desires. The practice includes a guided visualisation to find your intuitive wisdom.

Monday 16th February – Sacred Stillness
As we move towards the end of winter, we explore a deeply restorative practice using props and breathwork to cultivate inner silence and calm.

Spring (March–May): Growth, Possibility, Awakening

Monday 16th March – Seed of Intention
A heart-opening, gentle flowing practice to plant intentions and awaken dormant energy.

Monday 20th April – Root to Rise
As seasonal energy increases, we ground ourselves through strong standing poses to build confidence from the ground up.

Monday 18th May – Energy Rising
As summer approaches and the world blossoms, we ignite the solar plexus to build inner fire and motivation.

Summer (June–August): Vitality, Joy, Expression

Monday 15th June – Sun Salute Celebration
Summer is here—it’s time to get moving. A joyful sequence of sun salutations with breathwork and mantra.

Monday 13th July – Solar Power
The height of summer energy brings strength. A core-focused flow to harness the fiery energy of the season and build resilience.

Monday 10th August – Gratitude Glow (Recorded Practice)
Before the light and heat of summer start to fade, we give thanks through a heart-centered practice with journaling and meditation on abundance.

Autumn (September–November): Release, Reflection, Integration

Monday 14th September – Harvesting Wisdom
A grounding practice to reflect on lessons learned, dream forward, and celebrate growth.

Monday 12th October – Cycle of Change
As we embrace the darkness, our practice mirrors the changing seasons with fluid transitions, releasing poses, and mindful pauses.

Monday 9th November – Turning Inward
A slow, introspective practice with forward folds and long holds.

Returning to Winter (December–February): Rest, Renewal, Inner Listening

Monday 7th December – Cocoon & Restore
As we move towards another winter, we practice restorative poses with blankets and bolsters to simulate the safety of a cocoon.
