Supporting Women Through Menopause & Beyond
Join me for a year-long exploration guided by 13 Midlife Moons. A course designed to deepen your understanding of how yoga can support women in midlife with confidence, compassion, and wisdom.

Each month, we’ll gather to explore a new theme connected to the menopausal journey – from fluctuating hormones and shifting identity to renewed purpose and vitality. You’ll gain valuable knowledge about the physical, emotional, and energetic changes that occur at this stage of life, alongside yoga and self-care practices to help your students (and yourself) move through them with ease.
Much like the moon, the midlife journey moves through phases – moments of withdrawal and reflection, and moments of visibility and expansion. Through these monthly sessions, you’ll learn how to align your teaching with these natural rhythms, honouring both rest and growth.
This CPD offers a holistic approach, blending ancient yogic wisdom, feminine cyclical awareness, and modern insights into women’s health. You’ll receive practical tools you can apply in your classes straight away, along with live guided practices and discussions that deepen your personal understanding of this powerful life transition.
All sessions are live and recorded for you to revisit anytime — allowing you to integrate and embody the practices at your own pace.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher, women’s wellness practitioner, or simply curious to understand menopause more deeply, this journey will help you empower yourself and the women you work with to navigate midlife with grace, strength, and confidence.

What to Expect
Each month, aligning with the moon cycles, we will delve into the changes and symptoms experienced during midlife.
- At every New Moon, you’ll receive an email with insights and guidance to deepen your understanding of the month’s upcoming topic.
- Around each Full Moon, we will gather for a Live Online Yoga Practice.
These sessions will fall on a Tuesday evening near the Full Moon (dates below). Together, we’ll explore the month’s theme, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.
Can’t make it live? Don’t worry – all sessions will be recorded for you to revisit whenever you need.

Why is this course a year-long?
Menopause is a journey of many changes that takes several years, women need to be held during this process attending a one-off workshop is beneficial but it can be easy to forget what you have heard and it’s great to have regular reminders. Kelsey has been running in-person “Yoga for Menopause Courses and Midlife Monthly’s since 2021 and has seen how a sense of community and regular gatherings are beneficial to those she supports and now she wishes to make them available online.
Kelsey herself is in the final phase of perimenopause and she is constantly learning and growing, she knows that expecting change over a short period of time can do more harm that good and she wishes to create a container to support women on their journey of self-discovery. Kelsey has taken the topics which women more frequency seek support for and has included a couple that you might feel embarrassed to explore without prompting.
